Flexible Magnets

The multi-functional Flexible magnets are primarily used for calendars, educational aids or games, fridge magnets, promotional gifts, advertising (cars, boards or fridges), labeling, holding, crafts, toys, production control, door and cabinet closures, movable markers, business cards, architectural layouts, tool and instrument holders.

The flexible magnet material can be bent, twisted, coiled, punched and otherwise machined into almost any shape without loss of magnetic energy.

Due to their shock and noise absorbing properties these magnets are ideally used in applications, which require low noise levels. They are manufactured by consolidating Strontium or Barium Ferrite powder within a polymer matrix. In addition these magnets are formed in profiles, strips and sheets by extrusion / calendaring method. Products can be stamped, slit, punched and laminated whilst holding a strong demagnetization resistance and reasonable resistance to chemical agents to avoid damage.

This material is readily available and low in cost.
The multipurpose applications of Flexible Magnets include photo mounting, display boards, visual aids, toys, die-cutting and nameplates just to mention a few.

Attributes include:
